Report Types

Overview#

With the Report tool you can curate insightful information for salla stores, it would also help display different store statistics in different formats. The Report displays nine types of Reports you can see the benefits of each type in the below table.
Report TypeBenefits
UnitShows a single key metric (like sales, revenue, or user count).
- Ideal for quick insights and KPIs.
- Helps merchants track performance at a glance.
BarCompares values across categories.
- Makes it easy to spot highest vs. lowest performers.
- Useful for product sales, regions, or traffic sources.
BreakdownSplits one metric into subcategories.
- Helps merchants understand where numbers come from (e.g., sales by channel, revenue by product line).
CalendarDisplays metrics over dates and timelines.
- Perfect for tracking daily/weekly/monthly trends.
- Helps merchants spot seasonality or campaign impacts.
DistributionShows how values are spread across a range or categories.
- Helps merchants understand concentration and variability (e.g., order values, customer segments).
- Useful for identifying outliers and balance among data groups.
PipeVisualizes data flow or process steps.
- Helps merchants see conversion funnels (e.g., add-to-cart → checkout → purchase).
PlotPlots data points across two dimensions (like scatter or line plots).
- Useful for analyzing correlations and patterns (e.g., ad spend vs. sales).
RankingLists items in order of performance (top-selling products, best customers, most used coupons).
- Helps merchants focus on winners and address underperformers.
SummaryCombines multiple KPIs into a concise overview.
- Helps merchants get a quick snapshot without switching views.
AgridDisplays structured data in a grid or table format.
- Best for detailed records, itemized lists, or when exact values matter.
Each Report diplays a different set of data that provids valuble information for the Merchant.
in order for the reporter to be emebed in the store you'll need to;
1- Create the reporter.
2- Set up the Server URL.
3- Map the reporter using the Expressions or Builder.
After that you can choose the Demostore to preview the reporter on and make adjestments as needed.
